Brenda Banks has over 10 years experience in the professional bakery business, coming from a long line of family pastry chef's and cake decorators.
She started her career in classes at Michael's and once her passion grew, she enrolled in Le Cordon Bleu. She also attended Notter Pastry School and is Serv Safe Certified.
The Sugar Shack Bakery designs cakes for Birthdays, Weddings, Graduations, Baby Showers, Bridal Showers Corporate Parties as well as specialty desserts, cupcakes, cookies and candies.
